113.05 HEARING NOTICES BY PLANNING COMMISSION AND ZONING APPEALS BOARD.

(a) Council hereby requires the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals to send notices by mail to those residents originally entitled to a notice for a public hearing advising such residents of the date of the hearing concerning any continuation, postponement, tabling or reconsideration of the application pending before the Board or Commission.

(b) The Clerk shall advise each respective board concerning this section by delivering a certified copy of Ordinance 133-1974 to the secretary of each board.
