113.04 PUBLICATION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

When Council deems it advisable it may require the Director of Law to cause to be published a brief resume of the contents of an ordinance or resolution to be published by title only, by so designating such requirement in the ordinance or resolution, but such resume shall in no way be construed as a part of the legal notice nor affect the validity thereof.
