113.02 DUTIES OF CLERK OF COUNCIL.

The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to number and designate the ordinances and resolutions that have been passed since January 1, 1922, as provided herein and ordinances and resolutions passed hereafter shall be numbered and designated as provided herein before the passage thereof.
