113.01 ORDINANCE NUMBERING.

Beginning January 1, 1922, all ordinances and resolutions passed by Council shall be designated as follows: the first ordinance passed on or after January 1, 1922, shall be designated as Ordinance No. 1-1922, and each ordinance passed thereafter shall be designated as consecutively numbering the same with the year in which the ordinance is passed immediately following such number and being separated therefrom by a hyphen, and all resolutions passed by Council shall be designated in a similar manner except the word "Resolution" shall be used in such designation instead of the word "Ordinance".
