777.07 POLICE HOLD FOR REGULATED PROPERTY.

The Chief of Police and any Cuyahoga Falls police officer, working in official capacity, may require a business to place a "Police Hold" on any regulated property when they have reasonable grounds to believe the item is associated with criminal conduct. The Police Hold will be for a period not less than 30 days.
