109.01 VACANCIES.

When any vacancy exists on the Charter Review Commission, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Civil Service Commission and Park and Recreation Board, a notice of said vacancy shall be published in the local newspaper and on the City’s website for a period of no less than two (2) weeks.
