143.01 JURISDICTION LIMITED.

The jurisdiction of the Cuyahoga Falls Civil Service Commission is hereby limited to employees of the City of Cuyahoga Falls and shall not extend to employees of the Cuyahoga Falls City School District, notwithstanding anything in the Ohio Revised Code to the contrary.
