1367.10 HEATING REQUIREMENTS.

   The operator of every rooming house shall furnish heat sufficient to maintain an inside termperature of not less than seventy degree Fahrenheit for each hour of the entire twenty-four hour period of each day in all habitable rooms, bathrooms, water closet compartments and kitchens whenever the outside temperature falls below sixty degrees Fahrenheit. Such inside temperature shall be measured in the approximate center of each room, approximately four feet above the floor.
