1366.03 EXTERIOR HAZARD AND NUISANCE CONDITIONS.
No owner or occupant of any premises shall maintain or permit to be maintained the exterior property areas of such premises in a condition which creates a fire, safety, or health hazard or which creates or presents a nuisance condition, as defined in this or any other section of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Cuyahoga Falls.
