1357.08 MEANS OF EGRESS.

Each dwelling unit shall have safe, unobstructed means of egress leading to safe and open space at ground level. Separate dual means of egress may be required for a dwelling unit if the Enforcement Authority determines dual egress is necessary for the safety of the occupants. Ways and means of egress shall conform with the appropriate statutes, ordinances and regulations dealing with fire protection in the City and the State.
