1357.07 WATER HEATING.

   Each dwelling unit shall be supplied with water heating facilities in an approved manner in safe working condition, properly connected with water heater lines required under the provisions of Section 1357.04 , and capable of heating water to such a temperature as to supply water to every connected kitchen sink, lavatory basin, bathtub or shower at a temperature of not less than 120 degrees Fahrenheit, in quantities which would be required for normal household use at all times when the dwelling unit is occupied.
