   1345.11 FAILURE TO ABATE PUBLIC NUISANCE PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall permit the existence of any public nuisance on property owned by him or under his control.
   (b)   No person shall fail to abate any public nuisance on property owned by him or under his control after the Building or Housing Inspector has provided notice to do so as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 24-1998. Passed 1-20-98.)
