1345.02 COMPLAINTS; INSPECTION OF PREMISES.

   Whenever a complaint is made to the Building or Housing Inspector of the existence of a public nuisance, he shall promptly inspect or cause an inspection to be made of the premises on which it is alleged that such public nuisance exists. Should the Building or Housing Inspector, after such inspection, find that a public nuisance exists, abatement of such public nuisance shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of Sections 1345.03 and 1345.04 .
