1341.03 FENCES REQUIRED.

Outdoor commercial swimming pools facing or lying adjacent to residentially occupied property shall erect between the pool and such property a fence or wall at least eight feet high designed to minimize the noise and disturbance from the pool and the equipment within the pool. (Ord. 168-1961. Passed 8-14-61.)
