   1341.01 DEFINITION.
   "Outdoor commercial swimming pools" includes:
   (a)    Those swimming pools where a fee is charged for the privilege of swimming, other than municipally owned pools; or
   (b)    Outdoor swimming pools located on commercial property where the use of such pool is incidental to some other business use.
