1337.02 VIOLATION NOTICE.

Prior to charging any person with a violation of this chapter. the City of Cuyahoga Falls shall serve notice upon the owner or occupant of property by personal service, regular U.S. Mall, or by posting a notice in a conspicuous place upon the property advising the owner or occupant of the alleged violation of this chapter and granting him ten days within which to comply with this chapter. If the owner or occupant fails to come into compliance within the ten day period. a complaint may be issued.
