1337.01 RESTRICTIONS.
No owner or occupant of property shall place or permit the placement of exterior lighting upon any building or property owned or occupied by him unless such lighting is designed and placed in such a manner and is of such illumination as to confine illumination to the property upon which it is placed and prevent unreasonable glare or reflection upon neighboring residential premises or upon public streets.
