1335.08 FIRE DAMAGED STRUCTURES; REMOVAL OR REPAIR SECURING FUND.

(a) The City hereby adopts and authorizes the procedures set forth in divisions (C) and (D) of Ohio R.C. 3929.86 for the securing of costs for the repair, removal or securing of fire damaged buildings or other structures within the City as the same may be amended from time to time.

(b) The City hereby designates the Finance Director as the officer authorized to carry out the duties of Section 3929.86 of the Ohio Revised Code.
