1335.07 SERVICE OF NOTICES OR ORDERS.

   All notices or orders provided for herein shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested to the last known address of all persons having an interest in the building. A copy of such notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the dangerous building to which it relates with a photograph of the same being retained by the Building Official. If the order sent by certified mail is returned with an endorsement showing that the envelope was unclaimed, the order shall then be sent by ordinary mail with a certificate of mailing being retained by the Building Official. Adequate service shall be accomplished upon mailing and posting of the order as provided herein.
