1333.04 DAMAGING FENCES OR OPENING GATES.

No person shall wantonly or maliciously tear or lay down, open or damage a fence enclosing land or the property of another, or the bars or gate in such fence. Prosecution under this section shall be commenced within one year from the time the offense was committed. (Ord. 247-1955. Passed 12-29-55.)
