1331.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEES.

   To move a building from one location to another on or across a public street, a permit shall be obtained from the Department of Building and Zoning Inspection. Fees for such permit shall be as follows:

   (a)    To move a residential structure, the fee shall be $50.00.

   (b)    To move an industrial or commerical structure, the fee shall be $100.00.

   In addition to the fee mentioned above for moving a building on or over a public street, there shall be a charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day over two days that such building remains an obstruction on any public street, which amount shall be paid to the Department of Building and Zoning Inspection.
