1329.11 POWER TO STOP WORK.

Whenever it shall come to the attention of the Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment Inspector that any heating and/or air conditioning installation is being done contrary to or in violation of this Building Code, the Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment Inspector shall have the power and is authorized to order any such work immediately stopped and may revoke any permits for such work. Any such order to stop work or any revocation of a permit shall be in writing. No person, persons, firm or corporation shall continue to proceed with any heating and/or air conditioning installation after receipt of any such notice until such heating and/or air conditioning installation has been made to comply with all the provisions of this Building Code.
