1329.07 COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS FOR INSTALLATION.
Conformity with standards of the National Warm Air Heating Code, current edition, as published by the Sheet Metal Air-Conditioning Contractors National Association, shall be prima-facie evidence of conformity with such approved standards of efficiency and safety except where specific provisions are made otherwise in this chapter or by other law or ordinance.
