1329.06 CODES AND STANDARDS; ORGANIZATIONS OR AGENCIES.

   In the absence of specific requirements or approved rules in this chapter, compliance with current codes or standards of the organizations listed below shall be considered acceptable safety and engineering practice and shall be deemed to conform to the requirements of this Building Code. Decisions of the Heating Equipment Inspector in matters not specifically covered by this section may be appealed to the Board of Building Appeals.

   (a)    American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.

   (b)    National Fire Protection Association

   (c)    Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association, Inc.
