1329.02 BUILDING PERMITS.

No permits shall be issued for the installation of a heating and/or air conditioning system in any building or addition thereto until the required building permit has been issued by the Department of Building and Zoning Inspection. Any permit issued for heating and/or air conditioning in violation of any of the laws of the City or as a result of false information or misrepresentation shall be revoked.
