1327.11 AUTHORITY OF DIVISION; LIABILITY.

   Any unapproved or defective electrical wiring or equipment ordered repaired or replaced by the Electrical Division must be corrected within ten days, or any other period specified from the date of written notice. The Electrical Division is authorized to order electrical service discontinued from unapproved or defective wiring which has not been corrected after written notice has not been complied with. The Electrical Division is authorized to disconnect, without notice, any electric wiring or equipment deemed to be a hazard to person or property.

   The Electrical Division or the local light and power company shall not be held liable for any damage or loss that might be caused by any disconnection or discontinuation of electrical service as provided for under this section.
