1321.02 APPLICATION TO DWELLINGS.

The provisions of the OBOA One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code shall govern the construction, alteration, addition, repair, use, height, area, appurtenances, accessory buildings and all matters pertaining to one, two and three-family dwellings as modified by this Building Code, the Zoning Code and such other laws and ordinances as affect one, two and three-family dwellings.
