1317.03 SEWER TAPPER, DRAIN AND SEWER CLEANING LICENSES.

   (a)      Sewer Tapper Contractors, Class B. A person, firm or corporation to whom a Class B, sewer tappers license has been issued shall be entitled to engage in the business of and secure a permit for only the tapping of sewers, the construction of building sewers from the street lateral to the building and/or structure, laying of water pipe from the street lateral to the building and/or structure, laying of water pipe from the street to the building and/or structure and shall make no connections to the plumbing system except at the junction of the building plumbing and the building sewer.

   (b)    Drain and Sewer Cleaning Contractors, Class B. A person, firm or corporation to whom a Class B plumbing, drain and sewer cleaning license has been issued shall be entitled to engage in the business of and secure a permit for only the cleaning of plumbing, drains and sewers, the laying of water pipes from the street to the building, and shall make no connections to the plumbing system except where it has been necessary to break into such plumbing in order to do the work permitted by this license, in which case the plumbing shall be replaced and inspected before being covered up.
