1317.01 BOARD OF PLUMBING AND SEWER TAPPER EXAMINERS.

The Plumbing and Sewer Tappers Board of Examiners shall have such powers and duties as are provided for in Chapter 1311 and, in addition, may regulate the type of licenses and conditions under which specific licensed contractors may operate, providing the same does not conflict with Chapter 1311 and this Building Code.
