1315.03 AIR CONDITIONING LICENSES.

   Air Conditioning Contractor. A person, corporation or firm to whom an air conditioning contractor's license has been issued shall be entitled to engage in the business of and secure a permit for the installation, alterations, repairs, replacements, maintenance and service of either mechanical, water or air-cooled conditioners, including air-conditioning units using gas or liquid refrigerants, including gas-fired air-conditioning units.
