1311.06 APPEALS.

   Any person denied a certificate or license by the Building Official may appeal the decision to the Board by filing a written notice with the Building Official, as Board Secretary, within twenty days of the denial. The Board shall set a date and time to hear the appeal and shall notify the appellant by regular mail at least ten days in advance of the hearing. The Board shall issue a written decision within ten days of the hearing, which shall be sent to the appellant by regular mail.
