1310.05 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing ordinance, Subdivision Regulation, zoning or building codes. However, where this chapter and another ordinance, easement, covenant or deed restriction conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail. This chapter shall not impair any deed restriction or easement but, the lands subject to such interests shall also be governed by this chapter.
