1310.02 APPLICABILITY.

This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazards within the jurisdiction of the City of Cuyahoga Falls as identified in Section 1301.03 of the City of Cuyahoga Falls Codified Ordinances, including any additional flood hazard areas annexed by the City of Cuyahoga Falls.
