1309.14 INVALIDITY OF PERMIT, EXTENSIONS OF TIME.

   Any permit issued shall become invalid if the authorized work is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time of commencing the work or substantial completion of twenty-five percent of the basis for the issuing of a permit has not been completed within the six months of the issuance thereof; provided that for good cause shown, extensions of time not to exceed three in number for periods of not exceeding thirty days as may be allowed in writing by the Building Official when applied for by the person to who the permit was issued.
