1309.09 EXPERT TECHNICAL INSPECTORS.

The Building Official shall have available such expert inspectors for the inspection of technical construction work as comes within the jurisdiction of the Ohio Building Code. Such inspectors may be employed on a temporary basis to replace full-time inspectors, in case of absence due to illness, vacation or any similar cause. Appointment of such special or temporary inspectors shall be made by the Director of Public Service upon the recommendation of the Building Official, in accordance with the ordinances of the City and the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
