1307.04 APPEALS.

The Board of Building Appeals shall have the authority to overrule, reverse or modify any decision set forth by the Department of Building and Zoning Inspection, according to law and by the rules of procedure adopted by them, except decisions relating to enforcement of the Ohio Basic Building Code from which the Board is precluded from hearing appeals.
