1307.03 RULES AND PROCEDURES.

The Board of Building Appeals shall adopt its own rules of procedure not inconsistent with Ohio R. C. 3781.06 to 3781.18, inclusive, and 3791.04, and may change them at its discretion. A full and complete record of all proceedings of the Board of Building Appeals shall be kept and be open to public inspection.
