1301.06 APPLICATION.

   The provisions of this Building Code shall apply to all buildings and structures on land or over water, and their appurtenant constructions, including vaults, area and street projections, and accessory additions. The provisions shall apply with equal force to Municipal, County, State and private buildings, except where such buildings are otherwise specifically provided for by statute or ordinance.
