947.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The Director of Finance shall have the power to adopt rules and regulations not inconsistent with the terms of this chapter for carrying out and enforcing the payment, collection and remittance of the fees herein levied. All rules and regulations and amendments or changes thereto which are adopted by the Director under the authority conferred by this chapter must be approved by the Board of Review and Council before the same becomes effective. Copies of all rules and regulations shall be made available in the office of the Director of Finance.
