947.03 DUTIES OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.
   It shall be the duty of the Director of Finance to enforce of the provisions of this chapter, to receive the fees imposed by this chapter in the manner prescribed herein, to keep an accurate record thereof, and to report all moneys so received. The Director may retain professional billing and collection services to assist in the discharge of these duties. The Director of Finance is authorized to arrange for the payment of unpaid fees on a schedule of installment payments when satisfied that, due to certain hardship conditions, the responsible party is unable to pay the full amount of the fee due. Subject to the consent of the Board of Review or pursuant to regulation approved by the Board, the Director shall have the power to compromise any fees imposed by this chapter.
