945.05 PERPETUAL CARE ENDOWMENT FUND .

   A Perpetual Care Endowment Fund is hereby established. All moneys received for the purpose of perpetual care shall be placed in the fund in accordance with Ohio R.C. 759.15. Upon receipt of endowment money, the Director of Public Service shall issue a written receipt and acknowledgment thereof, binding the faith and credit of the City to forever hold such money as a permanent fund to provide perpetual care of the plot or niche named. Perpetual Care Endowment Fund charges shall be paid in full at the time of purchase and shall not be deferred under any circumstances.
