925.04 MANAGEMENT OF THE SEWER SYSTEM.

   The charges or rentals levied pursuant to this chapter shall be collected by the Water Division, and the Director of Public Service shall make and enforce such bylaws as he may deem necessary for the safe, economical and efficient management and protection of the City sewerage system and the sewage treatment and disposal works, for the construction and use of house sewers and connections to the sewerage system and for the collection, rebating end refunding of such charges or rentals.
