921.09 PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITY.

(a) The City may allow customers to enter into a payment arrangement for installment payments of delinquent accounts. Such agreement, if any, will be based upon the amount of the delinquent account, length of time the balance has been outstanding, the customer’s recent payment history, and the reasons why payment has not been made. The City may make available the extended payment plan to any customer not currently in default on a previously agreed upon extended payment plan.

(b) A customer’s failure to make any payment provided in this section shall entitle the City to terminate service in accordance with the procedures set forth in this chapter.
