911.01 STATE LAW ADOPTED; STREET SURFACE TREATMENT EXCEPTED.

   The statutory provisions of the State of Ohio prescribing the procedure for making public improvements and the method for levying assessments generally are hereby adopted and made a part of the ordinances of the City as though fully rewritten herein, with the exception that the procedure for the surface treatment of streets, alleys and public roadways within the City, and the procedures for the repair or replacement of sidewalks abutting on streets, alleys and public roadways within the City, and the methods for levying assessments therefor shall be determined by the applicable sections contained in Chapters 913 and 915, and not by State statute.

911.02 IMPROVEMENT NOTIFICATION FORM.

   A form of notice to property owners and the method of filing objections to the estimated assessment and the resolution of improvement has been established and should be in the form of Exhibit "A" attached to original Ordinance 121-1973 when such notice of assessment is sent out or served by the City.
