901.11 DEDICATED, OPEN UNPAVED STREETS.

On any street which is dedicated, open, but unpaved, a deposit of a sum equal to twenty dollars ($20.00) per front foot shall be deposited with the City Engineer in order to insure the paving of the street, unless the City Engineer waives such requirement.
