770.32 STRUCTURE OR DWELLING NEAR ABANDONED WELL.

   (a)    A structure or dwelling may be constructed closer than 100 feet but no closer than fifteen feet from a well abandoned and plugged in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

   (b)    A Certificate of Abandonment from the City of Cuyahoga Falls Division of Engineering must be obtained verifying the abandonment and plugging of any well in accordance with current City of Cuyahoga Falls Division of Engineering standards where construction of a structure or dwelling is proposed closer than 100 feet but no closer than fifteen feet of an abandoned and plugged well.
