770.27 RESTORATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY; CLEANING SITE; PAYMENT OF INCREASED INSURANCE.

The permittee shall restore the streets, curbs, sidewalks and other public places of the City which have been damaged or disturbed in the operations of drilling or preparing to drill or connected with drilling to their former condition.

The permittee shall clear the area of all litter, rubbish, machinery, derricks, building, oil or other substances used or allied to the use of drilling or producing operations.

The permittee shall hold the City harmless from any and all liability growing out of the issuance of a conditional zoning permit for an oil or gas well.
