770.16 INSPECTIONS; PERMIT REVOCATION.

A duly authorized representative of the City shall have the authority at any time, to enter upon property where a drilling site is contemplated, upon property where a well is in the process of being drilled or upon an operational well site, for the purpose of inspecting the site, equipment and all other items necessary to assure compliance with the conditional zoning permit.

The Safety Director, or his duly authorized representative, shall have the authority at any time to enter upon property where a drilling site is contemplated or upon an operational well site for the purpose of inspecting the site for all landscaping necessary to assure compliance with this section.
