770.12 EASEMENTS OR OPTIONS FOR PIPELINES AND STORAGE TANKS.

An applicant shall submit, with his application copies of easement or options for easements for a pipeline where such pipeline shall be crossing other property and shall also provide a copy of an agreement or option for a location for storage tanks, should there be a producing well. (Ord. 98-1980. Passed 6-9-80.)
