770.11 AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE AND EXCEPTIONS.

An applicant for a permit shall be required to file with the application, an affidavit stating that the applicant has complied with all conditions of this chapter and setting forth any exceptions thereto. Any false statement in such affidavit shall be grounds to refuse to issue a permit to drill or shall be grounds to revoke a permit already issued by the City.
